Use And Maintenance Of Boiler Burner
Use And Maintenance Of Boiler Burner
The boiler burner plays an important role in the main equipment. We need to properly use the boiler burner while maintaining it to achieve the desired effect. Now let’s talk about how to use and maintain the burner correctly.
1. Boiler and burner protection systems include: explosion-proof door (boiler body), heating system pressure protection, water level protection, air pressure protection, high-pressure protection, low-pressure protection, flame monitoring protection, etc. When the burner is actually working, various protection signals are sent to the program controller. Among the protection signals received by the program controller, the burner can only be started when all the protection signals are normal.
2. The temperature near the boiler burner should not be too high, otherwise some parts of the burner, especially the control box, will be damaged.
3. During installation, the tightness of the gas pipeline was checked. Generally, it shall not be disassembled. When it is necessary to disassemble, reconnect the pipe and check its air tightness.
4. The light-sensitive part in front of the sensor should be kept clean. Please take it out and wipe it regularly. However, please note that when putting the photosensitive sensor back into the socket of the sensor, the photosensitive part of the sensor should face forward.
5. Avoid splashing water on the burner. Keep the room dry and ventilated.
6. When the door of the boiler is locked tightly, the door of the boiler shall be fixed, safe, and reliable.
7. The air supply pressure shall not exceed the maximum allowable pressure of the valve group indicated on the burner nameplate. In case of abnormal air supply pressure, the burner shall be shut down in time.
8. It is prohibited to burn paper and garbage in the boiler.
9. The boiler burner shall be kept clean and free of sundries, so as to avoid loss due to suction by the burner.
10. Too high, too low, or unstable voltage will damage some parts of the burner and may also affect the normal operation of the burner.
