What 6 Parts Are The Boiler Burners Made Of?
1. Main structure
This part constitutes the main structure and outline of the burner. It includes a shell and related components, and other functional system products are installed on the main structure.
2. Control system
These products include a controller, servo mechanism (motor and hydraulic cylinder), flame monitor, pressure or temperature switch, etc. Controller: the core part of burner control, including process management controller called proportional regulator, gas leakage detector responsible for detecting valve leakage, etc. It is responsible for collecting and triggering the signal of each action, which is equivalent to the brain of the burner. Common brands include Europol, Siemens, Honeywell, etc. Among them, Siemens is widely imitated and its simulation level is high.
Servo system: all electric servo motors and mechanical drive hydraulic cylinders belong to the control system. The reason is that the former and the programmable controller form a closed-loop control system, while the latter’s power comes from the oil pump, and its execution command is actually triggered by the controller, which controls the opening and closing of the shock absorber.
Flame detector: this name has more and more deviated from the actual function name of the popular name in the industry, and finally confused with the controller that only controls the switch through the flame signal in the controller category. The actual flame can be used as an ion probe to detect flame ions through photoresist and photocell. If the power supply can be turned on and off by itself, it should obviously be called a controller. Just like in all industries, all buyers only care about spending the least money to buy the best things, and all sellers only care about getting more profits with less cost. What is the source of the subject matter? But nobody paid attention to it, and it became the last part. Pressure and temperature switch: in a broad sense, it should be called pressure or temperature sensor. Among them, the gas switch in the pressure switch: gas switch, which is mainly used for gas control of the gas burner, and the air pressure switch is used to control the air (if there is no forced air supply and air pressure is generated, cut off the power supply of the whole machine). The temperature switch is mainly used to control the heating temperature of high viscosity fuel (such as heavy oil or residue).
3. Ignition system
This part of the product includes an ignition transformer, ignition electrode, and high-voltage wire. Ignition transformer: It is used to generate high-voltage current and discharge through the electrode tip to ignite the burner. This is a low-technology product, which is also regarded as a low-technology product to imitate. Ignition electrode: let alone products with any technical content. Unless the shape is too strange and the usage is too small, the editor will not store the original product and will not recommend it to users. High voltage line: It is just a high temperature and high voltage power line. Why do I import it? Not to mention the original ones.
4. Powertrain system
In ordinary burners, only the motor is related to power.
5. Fuel supply system
On the burner, this is a more complex system. In fact, the mechanical products involved in this system are far more complex than the electrical products in the control system. Fuel pump, fuel nozzle, fuel heater, fuel cup, fuel pipe, fuel solenoid valve, gas valve (including gas solenoid valve), gas pressure regulator, and gas filter.
6. Combustion system
The most technical system in the burner industry. In fact, no matter how complex the electrical products responsible for control or the oil pumps are, the level of these technologies and methods has nothing to do with the capabilities of the burner manufacturers themselves, but the design of the combustion system requires them to be self-reliant. Therefore, the level of the combustion system determines the capacity of the burner. This part of the product includes a combustion tank, forced blower impeller, flame plate, oil gun, air core pipe, and internal or external diffuser. These products constitute an air-fuel premixing device.
