3. Adjustment of normal and abnormal conditions of rotary kiln burner
Generally, if the temperature of the firing zone in the kiln is low, the opening of the inner air butterfly valve should be increased, and the outer air butterfly valve should be closed to shorten the flame and increase the temperature in front of the kiln; When the temperature of the firing zone is too high, the opening of the internal air butterfly valve should be increased to shorten the flame and increase the temperature in front of the kiln;
If the kiln skin is found to be too thick or caked, it should be handled in time, otherwise, the clinker output and quality will be affected. Send all the burners to the kiln, open the outer air butterfly valve fully, open the inner air butterfly valve less, and open the center air butterfly valve larger, so that the central air butterfly valve also needs to be opened larger, so that the flame butterfly valve will be longer. After the firing zone, increase the ring temperature, open the materials in the firing zone fully, and reduce the furnace temperature in the furnace. If the furnace temperature in the furnace is found to be too high, It should be analyzed according to the kiln type and the structure of the ring, and the specific situation. As long as the method is reasonable, it is not difficult to handle.
