What are the Characteristics of Multifunctional Direct Pulverized Coal Burners?
Due to the special structure of multifunctional direct pulverized coal burners, the coal powder gas stream injected into the combustion chamber forms a special “waist” jet, which is not possessed by general direct coal powder burners. Due to the role of the stabilizer and the nozzle shell, the coal powder gas stream gradually expands and forms a waist at the outlet of the nozzle, forming a high-concentration coal powder area on both sides of the waist, and a stable recirculation area in the center of the jet, which is heated by high-temperature flue gas in the combustion chamber. This area becomes a stable ignition source, ensuring the rapid ignition and stable combustion of pulverized coal.
The main functions and characteristics of the multifunctional direct pulverized coal burners are to stabilize ignition and combustion, save auxiliary fuel oil; expand the range of boiler load regulation and improve the adaptability to various coal quality; reduce the content of NOx in the flue gas, reduce environmental pollution; and the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the service life is long.
