What are the functions and principles of dual solenoid valves for gas burners?
Today, at the request of the customer, we consulted technical personnel about the function and principle of the dual solenoid valve for gas burners. Now, let’s popularize it together and understand the function and principle of the dual solenoid valve for gas burners!
The first direction from which gas comes is the safety valve, and the second is the operating valve. Setting up a double solenoid valve is for double safety. In case one solenoid valve leaks, there is another to ensure no leakage. To ensure this, both solenoid valves are not damaged. In actual operation, a leak detection instrument is also installed between the two solenoid valves. Once one valve leaks, the combustion engine cannot open the solenoid valve and cannot start it. The solenoid valve must be repaired or replaced to ensure that both solenoid valves are not leaking before starting the combustion engine.
Smaller machines do not have gas high-pressure safety switches, while larger machines have gas high-pressure and low-pressure safety switches. Gas low-pressure safety switches are a necessary configuration for gas combustion engines. When the gas pressure is too low, the control circuit of the combustion engine will be cut off, ensuring that the low gas pressure will not cause a small gas flow rate and prevent ignition, resulting in gas leakage and potential safety accidents. When the gas pressure is too high, the control circuit of the combustion engine will be cut off, ensuring that the solenoid valve will not be damaged due to the high gas pressure.
The gas high and low pressure safety switch, if connected to a control panel alarm device, will give an alarm signal when there is gas overpressure or low pressure, and at the same time, the combustion engine cannot be started.
Gas high and low pressure safety switches can be installed on solenoid valves or pipelines.
