1. All technical information should be consistent with the object;
2. The appearance should be intact and the accessories should be complete and intact;
3. The supporting accessories and auxiliary equipment should be complete and intact, and the specifications, models, and quantities should match the drawings. Valves, safety valves, and pressure gauges should have factory certificates of conformity;
4. Check and accept all equipment and components according to the equipment list.
Installation of flue gas recirculation pipeline (only involving the recirculation transformation method)
When prefabricating the smoke and air duct, its size should meet the requirements of the drawings, the weld seam should undergo kerosene leakage test, and the position and size of the connecting flange bolt holes should be correct;
2. Before installing the flue, the flue bracket must be completed in advance;
3. At the flange connection, 3mm thick asbestos rubber sheets are padded to prevent air leakage.
Debugging of gas burners
1. Check whether the external gas is in place, whether the pipeline is unobstructed, and whether the external power supply is controlled properly;
2. Adjust the load of the combustion engine to low load, adjust the ignition position to low load accordingly, turn off high load for ignition, and observe the flame situation. Adjust the servo motor or damper accordingly according to the situation,
When adjusting the high output of the combustion engine, it is necessary to gradually adjust from a relatively small load to a larger load based on the load situation of the heating equipment, and adjust the servo motor or air damper according to the situation;
4. Observe whether there is any deviation in the flame, insufficient combustion of the flame, vibration, and other phenomena;
5. After adjustment, it is necessary to ignite multiple times and observe whether the ignition is good.
