What are the precautions for starting and operating gas burners?
After the modification, the gas burner needs to be debugged by the manufacturer’s technical personnel before it can be used normally. During the use, we also need to pay attention to some matters to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Let’s take a look together below.
(1) Before starting, prepare to check if all valves are open.
① Open the check valves of the boiler and chimney to facilitate the smooth discharge of combustion products. Before the C and fuel burner pipes, the valve should be replaced after the air pipeline.
② Check if the wiring and motor rotation direction are correct. If they rotate in the opposite direction, it will be on one side of the two-phase power line. Set ignition, throttle valve opening, and throttle valve opening, controlled by the throttle valve servo motor.
The length of the combustion head entering the combustion chamber meets the manufacturer’s requirements. Are G, temperature controller, and pressure switch connected to the control box wiring diagram.
(2) When the main switch and temperature controller are turned off and the power supply voltage reaches the motor, the fan motor is. This fan is used for blowing and blowing.
The burner is equipped with a damper control servo motor, which is connected to the corresponding positions of the two-stage fire doors. The air supply fan works until the combustion chamber before combustion.
After cleaning, the door returns to the fire position, and after three seconds of starting the ignition transformer, the fire valve and safety valve open simultaneously. The burner starts running. The flow regulator can configure the fuel flow during startup
① Flame and fire detectors detect fires and complete the ignition process. (If no fire occurs, after the first valve is opened for 2 seconds, the device enters a safety lock, presses the reset button to unlock the device, and then undergoes purification.)
② After completing a fire protection operation, turn off the burner, connect the two types of fire constant temperature circuits, turn on the main switch, start the burner, and prepare the two types of fires.
③ Turn off the main switch and switch device, ignite the burner, automatically enter the second stage flame state, then observe the flame shape and adjust the flow of fuel and air as needed.
④ When the boiler or pressure temperature exceeds the second setting of the temperature controller or pressure switch, the second stage temperature controller or pressure switch is disconnected, and the second stage fire protection stops running. Only the first stage flame is in operation. If the temperature and pressure still exceed the set values, the boiler burner of the temperature controller is turned off and stops running.
On the other hand, if the second stage flame stops running and the temperature and pressure of the boiler are lower than the set values, the second stage flame is reignited.
