What are the Precautions for Using Ultra-Low Nitrogen Burner
Ultra-low nitrogen burner is a device that integrates the traditional burner by adding a blower, induced draft fan, frequency converter, control valve, and multi-channel circuit, so that clean energy and burner operation can provide higher heat for the boiler. Let’s take a look at the preparations and precautions for the on-site inspection of ultra-low nitrogen burners.
1. On-site safety work: Before the ultra-low nitrogen burner manufacturer or user enters the site for inspection, the inspector shall be informed of the on-site safety instructions, and safety education and training shall be carried out if necessary to do a good job of safety protection.
2. On-site data preparation: In addition to the application materials provided before the application for testing, the following materials shall also be provided according to the actual situation of the site:
1. Gas or oil burner detection: the main line shall be equipped with an oil flowmeter and provided with a flowmeter verification certificate;
Biomass pellet burner test: weighing equipment (such as electronic scale and balance) is required to weigh the actual weight of feed on-site; Other gas or liquid fuel burner test: fuel flowmeter is required for fuel consumption test on the main line;
2. Provide on-site fuel test report of ultra-low nitrogen burner (including fuel composition analysis, calorific value, and other test items).
