What are the requirements for using and maintaining a combustion engine?
After installing the combustion engine, it is well known that we will carry out the work after the combustion engine manufacturer has completed the debugging. So sometimes, don’t just look at the normal operation of the combustion engine. Do we really understand when to use the combustion engine correctly? Or do we truly understand the operating principles and processes of combustion engines? Today, let’s learn about the use and maintenance of combustion engines together?
After the product is powered on, the combustion engine motor starts, and an electric spark is generated between the ignition electrodes. After about 13 seconds of pre blowing, the oil pump solenoid valve automatically opens, and the oil mist sprayed from the nozzle is ignited by the electric spark to form a flame. At this point, the flame detector senses the brightness of the flame and the controller enters a locked state. The ignition electrode is delayed for about 15 seconds to stop ignition, and the combustion engine enters normal working state.
If the ignition is unsuccessful, no flame is formed, or the flame detector does not sense the brightness of the flame, after about 10 seconds of safe time, the safety alarm system will activate, the starting program of the combustion engine will be cut off, and the fault red light will light up. At the beginning of the combustion engine, if the flame detector detects brightness, the safety system will activate, the controller will not enter the normal program, the solenoid valve will not open, and the nozzle will not spray oil. After about 10 minutes of safe time, the fault red light will light up.
So, when starting the combustion engine in a bright place, it is necessary to first cover the flame detector to prevent it from seeing light. After the combustion engine sprays flames, immediately release the flame detector, otherwise the combustion engine cannot work normally. The combustion engine can only be restarted after the red light of the combustion engine lights up for 3 minutes.
Regularly check whether the connections of the combustion engine and its various components are firm, whether they are loose, and whether the position has changed. When starting the combustion engine, take strict precautions to prevent sudden flames from injuring people and damaging objects. The operating environment temperature of the combustion engine should not exceed 70 ℃, otherwise cooling and insulation measures should be taken. When used in colder regions, appropriate insulation measures should be taken for the oil storage device and the supply and return oil pipeline system to prevent blockage of the oil pipeline due to freezing. At the same time, the control circuit of the combustion engine must not be affected by moisture or high temperature.
Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney. The suction pipe should not be close to the bottom of the fuel tank and should be kept at a distance of 80-120mm. Before refueling the fuel tank, the combustion engine should be turned off, and the fuel should be filtered before being injected into the tank. It can only be restarted after 20 minutes of refueling. The oil system must not leak or leak oil. Before starting the combustion engine, check if the fuel tank is sufficient.
The size of the air damper should match the specifications of the nozzle. When using a combustion engine, it is generally necessary to adjust the air damper appropriately and sometimes replace the oil nozzle with a suitable specification and injection angle due to the inconsistency between the boiler equipped and the boiler tested at the factory. When installing the combustion engine, it should be balanced and used horizontally or vertically to avoid tilting.
When connecting peripheral circuits to achieve automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure, water level, etc., please follow the wiring diagram of the control system for wiring. When it is inconvenient to operate the combustion engine directly, external control switches and electrical protection devices should be connected. The motor should be moisture-proof and avoid use in damp environments.
Be sure to cut off the power supply when maintaining the combustion engine. The light diesel used must be clean, please pay attention to regularly cleaning the fuel tank and oil filter. Regularly inspect the combustion cylinder, impeller, flame detector, and ignition electrode to remove oil and carbon deposits. Especially flame detectors should be kept clean and not wet.
It is strictly prohibited for foreign objects to enter the air duct. The use site of the combustion engine should be kept away from flammable and explosive materials, and fire extinguishing equipment should be prepared. Adjust the oil pressure appropriately according to the indicated value. Under normal use, the oil nozzle should be replaced once a year, and the elastic coupling and rubber parts on the coupling should be replaced once and a half years.
