What Aspects Should Be Noted When Using Natural Gas Burner?
Natural gas burners require attention to the following aspects to ensure safety:
Inspection before adjustment:
a. Check if the natural gas supply is timely, and the pipeline is clean and smooth, and the valve is open.
b. Check for pipeline leakage and ensure that the pipeline is functioning properly.
c. Release the gas from the pipeline before adjusting to ensure that there are no mixed gases in the pipeline, and route the pipeline outdoors.
Inspection of internal parts:
a. Check if the ignition head of the burner is properly installed and adjusted.
b. Check if the motor’s rotation direction is appropriate.
c. Check if the external wiring meets the requirements.
d. Conduct a thermal simulation test based on the wiring condition, observe if all components are functioning properly, and if the flame detection maintenance part is working normally.
Adjustment:
a. Check if the natural gas supply is timely, the pipeline is smooth, and the external switch is properly controlled.
b. Adjust the burner load to a low load, adjust the ignition point to a low load, turn off the high load to ignite and observe the flame condition, and adjust the servo motor or intake valve and natural gas valve accordingly based on the flame condition.
c. When adjusting the burner’s high load rate, adjust it based on the load condition of the heating equipment, gradually adjust from a smaller load to a larger load, and adjust the servo motor or intake valve accordingly.
d. Observe if there are any issues such as flames leaning towards one side, insufficient burning, or vibration.
e. Conduct multiple ignition tests after adjustment to observe if the ignition is good.
