What Features Should a High-quality Pulverized Coal Burner Have
What characteristics should a good pulverized coal burner have? The combustion of pulverized coal burner is closely related to flow and radiation. Label of main factors affecting pulverized coal flow: special pulverized coal burner for boiler The inclined iron pulverized coal burner is the main component of pulverized coal combustion equipment. It sends pulverized coal and the air required for combustion to the furnace to form a reasonable airflow structure, enabling rapid and stable combustion of fuel. It has a specially designed multi-stage inlet air supply guide structure, which can produce high-temperature eddy current on pulverized coal in a short time. The combustion acquisition of fly ash burner is closely related to flow and radiation.
Main factors affecting pulverized coal flow:
(1) Fuel characteristics
(2) Cooling conditions in the furnace
(3) Initial temperature of pulverized coal gas flow
(4) Primary airflow and wind speed
(5) The working load of the boiler. Normal fire is applicable to the place 500~1000mm away from the primary air nozzle. Premature ignition will burn the burner nozzle or cause burner nozzle slag. If the fire is too late, the fire will become unstable, the machine will not be fully burned, the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet will rise, and the furnace outlet will be slagging.
The basic conditions for a high-quality pulverized coal burner are:
(1) Simple structure, compact, small ventilation resistance.
(2) The outlet airflow has sufficient disturbance so that the airflow can be well mixed.
(3) The section of 1~2 secondary air outlet shall ensure proper 1~2 wind speed.
(4) The distribution of pulverized coal along the outlet section shall be uniform.
(5) The diffusion angle of pulverized coal gas flow can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range to adapt to the change of coal.
