A waste heat boiler is a boiler that utilizes the heat generated by the combustion of waste heat and combustible substances in various industrial processes such as exhaust gas, waste materials, or waste liquids. The application of waste heat boilers is very extensive, suitable for industries such as non-ferrous metallurgy, black smelting, chemical industry, building materials, papermaking, solid waste, etc. It has the characteristics of unstable heat load, corrosive flue gas, high dust content in flue gas, strong adhesion of flue gas, and easy wear of heating surfaces.
The gas boiling water boiler is equipped with a microcomputer controller and a gas burner, and uses an electromagnetic valve as the water replenishment device. During operation, the controller is set, and the boiler starts to work fully automatically. The tap water first fills the boiler, and then the burner starts to heat it. After the boiler water reaches the set temperature, the electromagnetic valve that controls the boiler water inlet opens. The tap water enters the boiler from the lower part of the boiler, and the hot water is pushed into the insulation water tank from the outlet on the upper part of the boiler. The insulation water tank can continuously supply a large amount of hot water.
In addition, the top of the insulated water tank is equipped with a water temperature control probe, which automatically replenishes water below the set water level, and stops replenishing water automatically when the set water level is reached, always keeping the hot water in the tank full without overflowing.
