What is the principle of vacuum hot water boiler
A vacuum hot water boiler consists of a combustion chamber, water pipes, negative pressure steam chamber, heat exchanger, heat medium water, etc.

When a vacuum hot water boiler is running, the heat medium water covers the ignition furnace and water pipes and is sealed inside the machine body. As the pressure in the negative pressure steam chamber is maintained below atmospheric pressure, when the sealed heat medium water is burned and heated, it immediately boils, producing steam at the same temperature as the heat medium water. The steam generated inside the machine comes into contact with the surface of the heat exchanger arranged in the negative pressure steam chamber during the rising process. Due to the lower water temperature inside the heat exchanger than the steam temperature, the steam condenses on the surface of the heat exchanger and releases a large amount of vaporization heat, heating the water in the heat exchanger. The condensed water returns to the heat medium water under the strategic action. Therefore, the heat medium water continuously undergoes a cycle of “boiling → evaporation → condensation → heat medium water” inside the enclosed body, and the water in the heat exchanger is heated and transported to the user.
