What is the reason why the gas boiler burner did not successfully ignite within the detection time?
What is the reason why the gas boiler burner did not successfully ignite within the detection time? Let’s follow the editor to learn more.
It can be confirmed that there is no problem with the burner, as it can ignite successfully, but the success rate is not high.
Please proceed with the inspection in the following aspects:
1. For the air-fuel ratio of the burner, please reduce the gas volume or increase the air volume. The possible reason is that the pipeline pressure has increased (because the heating peak has passed and the pressure in the medium pressure pipeline is sufficient, which will affect the gas supply pressure in front of the burner valve group).
2. The combustion head of the burner has more carbon deposits, which increase with usage time. Accumulation to a certain thickness will affect the ignition effect and also affect the detection sensitivity of the flame probe (based on the principle that the flame probe forms an electric current when it encounters fire, more carbon deposits will form an electrical resistance, and if the programmable controller cannot test the current, it will be considered as ignition failure). Clean and polish both the ignition needle and flame detection needle together.
Attention: The burner has a viewing window, be sure to check for flames. If there is no flame, please handle it according to method 1. If there is a flame, please handle it according to method 2.
