① Deoxygenation of steel shavings

② Hydrazine deoxygenation

③ Thermal deoxygenation
Heating the boiler feedwater to boiling point reduces the solubility of oxygen, causing oxygen to continuously escape from the water. Then, the oxygen generated on the water surface is removed along with water vapor, and various gases in the water can be removed.
④ Chemical deoxygenation

⑤ Vacuum deoxygenation
