What Parts Of Industrial Dual Fuel Burner Need To Be Maintained?
The industrial dual fuel burner can use light oil, heavy oil, natural gas, and biogas as fuels, and the industrial dual fuel burner can meet the needs of the construction of highways, leveling roads, municipal roads, airports, etc. What parts of industrial dual fuel burner need to be maintained in daily use? Next, let’s ask Oubao to give you a detailed understanding:
(1) Pressure regulating valve
Check the fuel pressure regulating valve or pressure reducing valve regularly to ensure that the surface of the locknut on the adjustable bolt is clean and removable. If the surface of the screw or nut is dirty or rusty, repair or replace the regulating valve.
(2) Oil pump
Check the oil pump regularly to determine whether the sealing device is in good condition and whether the internal pressure is stable, and replace the damaged or leaking sealing device. When using hot oil, please check whether all oil pipes are well insulated.
(3) The filter installed between the oil tank and the oil pump must be cleaned regularly to check whether there is excessive wear, so as to ensure that the fuel can reach the oil pump smoothly from the oil tank and reduce the possibility of potential component failure. The “Y” filter on the burner shall be cleaned frequently, especially when using heavy oil or residual oil, to prevent the fuel injector and valve from being blocked. When working, check the pressure gauge on the burner to see if it is within the normal range.
(4) For combustion chambers requiring compressed air, check the pressure device to see if the required pressure is generated in the combustion chamber, clean all filters on the supply line, and check for leaks in the pipeline.
(5) Check whether the air inlet protection device on the combustion atomization fan is correctly installed and whether the blower housing is damaged or leaking. Observe the blade server operation. When there is too much noise or vibration, the blade can be adjusted to eliminate them. For the blower driven by the pulley, lubricate the bearing regularly and tighten the belt to ensure that the blower can produce the rated pressure. Clean and lubricate the air valve connection to see if the operation is stable, and replace the accessories when encountering obstacles during the operation. Determine whether the wind pressure meets the working requirements. If the air pressure is too low, it will cause a backfire, which will cause overheating of the guide plate at the front of the drum and the material plate in the combustion area. If the wind pressure is too high, the current will be too high, and the bag temperature will be too high or even burned.
(6) The fuel injector shall be cleaned regularly and the spark gap of the ignition electrode shall be checked (about 3mm).
(7) Always clean the flame detector (electric eye) to determine whether the position is installed correctly, whether the temperature is appropriate, whether the position is incorrect and whether the temperature is too high, which will lead to an unstable photoelectric signal and even cut off the fire.
