What precautions should be taken when installing dust removal equipment in boilers
1. Preparation before installation
(1) Check if the accessories of the boiler dust collector equipment are complete, if the main unit is damaged, and if the connecting parts are safe and reliable. If there are any problems, contact the manufacturer for resolution before installation.
(2) Dust collector equipment cannot do without a fan, so when installing a boiler bag filter, it is necessary to check whether there is any noise or poor condition in the operation of the boiler bag filter fan. If there is, the fan needs to be debugged before use.
2. Formal installation
(1) The boiler dust collector is relatively large and heavy, and should be placed on a flat and firm foundation. The equipment should be in contact with the ground, and the ground should be hardened in advance.
(2) When installing the electrical control system of the boiler bag dust removal equipment, it is necessary to understand its basic working principle and refer to the precautions in the electrical control system user manual during installation and commissioning.
(3) The input end of the electromagnetic pulse valve of the boiler dust removal equipment is inserted into the metal pipe of the gas storage cylinder, and its output end is inserted into the spray pipe of the dust removal equipment. The valve is equipped with rubber sealing rings and fixing nuts at both ends, so that the electromagnetic pulse valve can be reliably fixed and sealed.
(4) When installing the pressure reducing valve for the water separation filter of the boiler dust collector, the direction of the arrow shown on the pressure reducing valve must be consistent with the direction of the compressed air flow, and the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to 0.4-0.6MPa.
(5) If the dust removal equipment of the boiler is installed outdoors, a rain cover or rain shelter should be installed.
3. Commissioning after installation
After the installation of the boiler dust removal equipment is completed, it needs to be debugged. Rotate the pulse control knob, and the pulse injection control device sends instructions to open the electromagnetic pulse valve in sequence to observe whether the dust removal action of the boiler bag filter is correct.
