1、 When the secondary ignition program of the burner and combustion engine of the gas boiler is lost continuously, the machine should be stopped for inspection to ensure that the gas supply system of the combustion engine is normal and the circuit connections are correct. Only after the fault is resolved can the combustion engine be restarted.
2、 The gas supply pipeline is strictly prohibited from being struck or rubbed with a wrench or metal rod to avoid static electricity or sparks, which can cause gas explosions. Smoking, welding, cutting, and other illegal operations are strictly prohibited at the gas supply valve group or pipeline flange surface. Any open flame testing is strictly prohibited near the pipeline, valve group, and pressure regulating valve to avoid major accidents. Testing for fuel in the gas supply pipeline is usually done using a low-pressure gas gauge.
3、 In the gas supply pipeline, it means that it has been emptied, but there are residual gases or liquid droplets on the pipe wall. If it encounters static sparks and open flames, it can also cause combustion and explosion. When the gas supply pipeline is ventilated and there is a malfunction in the valve group, it needs to be disassembled. First, the main valve at the front end of the valve group must be cut off, and then the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group must be vented before disassembling and repairing the valve group.
4、 In the debugging work of gas boiler burners and combustion machines, gas must be done carefully, safely, and efficiently. Prohibit the use of non explosion-proof electrical power tools on site. The VFS504 leak detection device must be checked for valve group cover before use. It is recommended to use the VS504 leak detection device for burners with a capacity of 600000 kcal or above. If the user does not provide it, the customer will be responsible for any accidents caused.
