First: Phenomenon
1. The steam flow drops sharply and the steam pressure rises sharply.
2. If it is not found and handled in time, the boiler safety valve will act.
3. The boiler water level will rise again after the instantaneous drop, and the high water level signal will give an alarm. When the safety valve returns to its seat, the water level drops rapidly, which may cause a low water level signal alarm.
4. If the power transmission switch trips, the auxiliary machine ammeter will swing abnormally and the lighting will flash.
Second: Reason
1. The external switch trips.
2. Turbine emergency shutdown.
3. The valve core of the isolation valve or main valve falls off.
Third: Handling
1. According to the instructions of the steam package water level meter, steam, and feedwater flow meter, change the automatic feedwater to manual and adjust the water level in time.
2. According to the load drop and steam pressure rise, close the small induced air volume and air supply volume in time, stop the grate, keep the boiler from flameout, and open the superheater for drainage.
3. Timely adjust the desuperheating water valve to make the steam temperature normal.
4. If it is found that the treatment is not timely, and the pressure exceeds the action pressure of the safety valve, but the safety valve does not act, the electric valve for fire-raising and exhaust shall be opened until the pressure is normal.
5. Prepare for load connection and report to the person in charge.
6. After the accident, check whether the safety door is tightly closed.
