To keep oil and gas hot water boilers in good running condition, it is important to control the water temperature in the boiler drum and prevent the formation of scale. In addition, attention should be paid to the input pressure of water, which should be within a suitable range and not too large or too small. The drainage work of the boiler should also be carried out regularly and thoroughly, and no residue should be left.
When industrial boilers are in a cold state, the steam system in the boiler drum below the water level is filled with water that is static. When the upward tubes are heated in the boiler, some of the water is converted into steam, forming a steam-water mixture with a lower density than the surrounding steam. The downward tubes outside the boiler are not heated, and the water inside the tubes has a higher density. Thus, there is a driving force generated by the density difference between the two, and the steam-water mixture flows upward through the water-cooling wall tubes and enters the upper box, the downward tubes from the water tank bring water to the lower box, and the steam-water mixture continues to circulate and flow in this way, forming a natural circulation.
After modification and addition of environmental protection equipment to coal-fired boilers, they can basically meet the requirements of users for boiler output and environmental protection. However, this is not the best way to burn biomass pellets, and the industrialization level of biomass raw material collection, transportation, and processing is still not high. There is still a long way to go for the use of biomass in China.
