Working principle of steam generator
The steam generator consists of two parts: the hot oil section and the evaporator. The hot oil part is high-temperature heat transfer oil that enters the tube bundle of the steam generator through the heat transfer pump or directly from the heat carrier heating furnace. The heat inside the tube is transferred to the boiler water outside the tube at a certain flow rate and temperature through the tube wall, heating the water, cooling the heat transfer oil, and returning it to the heating furnace for recycling.
In terms of the water vapor system, the feedwater is heated to a certain temperature in the heater and enters the economizer through the feedwater pipeline. After further heating, it is sent to the drum and mixed with the boiler water before descending along the downcomer to the inlet header of the water-cooled wall. Water absorbs the radiation heat from the furnace inside the water-cooled wall tube to form a mixture of steam and water, which passes through the riser and reaches the drum. The steam and water are separated by a steam water separation device. The separated saturated steam flows from the upper part of the drum to the superheater, where it continues to absorb heat and becomes superheated steam at 450 ℃, which is then sent to the turbine. In terms of combustion and smoke air system, the air supply fan sends air into the air preheater to heat it to a certain temperature. The coal powder is ground into a certain fineness in the coal mill, and is carried by a part of the hot air from the air preheater and sprayed into the furnace through the burner. The coal powder and air mixture sprayed by the burner are mixed and burned with the remaining hot air in the furnace, releasing a large amount of heat. After combustion, the hot flue gas flows through the furnace, slag tube bundle, superheater, economizer, and air preheater in sequence, and then passes through the dust removal device to remove the fly ash. Finally, it is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere.
