In the production process of medical gloves, the thermal oil furnace plays a vital role. The process of setting and drying medical gloves requires a stable and continuous high temperature environment. The project involves the addition of 3 units of 1500 kcal thermal oil furnaces, and the EBICO selection team have adapted EP9GE thermal furnace burners to them, using natural gas as fuel. The burner adopts a horizontal layout, and can recover 120℃ hot air during operation. The nitrogen oxide emission is 29 mg/m3 tested by an authoritative third party, which meets the emission standards of Xuzhou City and the expectations of the Fushan Medical Project.
