The burners required by Zhenjiang Solvay Chemical co., Ltd. need to meet the requirements of “optimizing production process and improving energy mix”, the EP3GET.H. FGR thermal oil furnace special hot air burner was provided by the professional selection team of EBICO.This burner is small in size and powerful in power. It integrates multi-channel classification technology, and the fuel can be mixed with natural gas/exhaust gas dual fuel.
The project was tested after on-site debugging. The hot air temperature was 200℃, and the converted NOx emission value was 40mg/m3, which was far lower than the local government’s regulation value. The project passed the on-site test of China Special Procuratorate and was successfully delivered to the customer for use!
